The room was spacious and had a large mini fridge, which was perfect for our family with children. However, the breakfast selection left much to be desired.

The housekeeping staff were attentive to our needs.
The check-in process was chaotic with no clear guidance, and our room was poorly cleaned. There were dirty towels and stains on the bedding. It felt unsafe with little security and the maintenance issues were alarming.

oh, and the pool? closed—what a surprise! as a guest, i expected a little more attention—maybe a free room upgrade would’ve been nice. i almost gave a good review just couldn’t, considering the uncomfortable stay. this place is a huge letdown.

We enjoyed our stay and loved visiting the Auto World Museum nearby. The location was perfect for our family getaway, and the spacious King Room provided enough comfort for everyone.
For dads, it would be great if the pool was open.

Convenient location but needs maintenance
The hotel was conveniently close to the college, which we appreciated. However, the shower in our room was a mess, with poor caulking and the exhaust fan not working. Additionally, the desk chair was soaking wet when we arrived, although it was promptly replaced. It would be great if they focused on improving the bathroom facilities and ensuring a thorough cleaning before guests check in.

missingWrote a review on Jun 15clean bedsquick internetdirty bathroomstained linenspoor breakfast
The bathroom had hair left over from previous guests. Not a great first impression. The beds were decent and clean, which is vital. Internet worked well for necessary tasks, so that was a relief. Staff seemed overwhelmed during check-in, struggling with cleanliness. The breakfast was lacking. it wasn’t hot and drinks were not fresh. Some old stains on the bed covers were concerning. Overall, if you're strictly looking for a place to sleep, it served that purpose, but maintenance and cleanliness need major attention. Attention to detail would elevate this place significantly.
